INSPECTIONS - What inspections do you need? - Home inspections are the BEST money you will spend in real estate. 
 
SERVICE PROVIDERS - I have a list of proven professionals that you will need through out the process: Title Companies, Building Inspectors, Loan Officers, Survey Companies, Insurance Agents, Moving Companies etc.  
 
I will take the time to fully explain ALL of the home buying process. I will help you become knowledgeable in ALL aspects of the process. You may need to look at one house or fifty houses - We'll take all the time you need to find the RIGHT house for you.
